At SVED Optical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that finding the perfect prescription eyewear is crucial, so we offer the following return and exchange policies to ensure you have the best experience possible.
30-Day Non-Adapt Policy
We give you 30 days to test drive your new performance eyewear. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund, minus any shipping costs. This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.
How to Return:
1. Contact our customer service team at support@svedoptical.com to initiate the return.
2. Pack your eyewear securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
3. Include your order number and a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
4. Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Please Note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred with the return.
- SVED Optical is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on the original order.
60-Day Prescription Change Policy
We understand that prescription changes can occur after your purchase. If your Optometrist adjusts your prescription within 60 days of your original purchase, we will happily remake your eyewear at no additional charge, except for shipping costs.
How to Request a Prescription Change:
1. Contact our customer service team at support@svedoptical.com with your order number and the details of the prescription change.
2. Provide the updated prescription from your Optometrist.
3. Ship the original eyewear back to us, following the return instructions provided by our team.
Please Note:
- Shipping costs for both the return and the remade eyewear are the customer’s responsibility.
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred with the return and the remade eyewear.
- SVED Optical is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on the original or remade order.
Additional Information for International Orders
For international customers, please be aware that customs fees, duties, and taxes may be applied to your order by your country’s customs authority. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. SVED Optical does not cover these costs and is not liable for any additional charges.
